At MyMuse India, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure that garments are tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes to remain eligible for a refund.
Initiate Request
Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID along with your email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags attached to pass our quality inspection.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free doorstep pickup within 24-48 hours; please keep the package sealed and ready for our courier partner.
Receive Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
